Sign-up & OTP Verification Notice

This notice explains the personal data Inly collects when you create an account or verify your mobile number with a one-time password (OTP).

Shown when you sign up or log in to Inly using mobile number verification (for example, OTP delivered via WhatsApp or another permitted channel).

1. Personal data collected

• Mobile number (typically a 10-digit Indian mobile number)
• OTP verification data (the one-time code you enter to confirm the number, and related verification status)
• App / device identifiers used to secure the account session (such as install ID and advertising / device identifiers where available)
• Technical metadata associated with the verification request (for example, request IP address and app version, as needed for security)

2. Purpose of collection

• Create and secure your Inly account
• Verify that you control the mobile number provided
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access
• Link your verified identity to app features that require sign-in (such as chat credits and payment history)

3. Required or optional

Required. Mobile number and successful OTP verification are required to create or access a signed-in Inly account. Device / install identifiers are used as part of account security and may be required for new account verification.

5. Withdrawing consent

• You may stop using the signed-in account and request account deletion by contacting apps@appkhichadi.com.
• Uninstalling the app removes local session data on the device.
• Essential transactional notices related to an existing account may still be processed as permitted by law until the account is closed.
