Payment & Subscription Notice

This notice explains the personal data Inly collects when you buy chat credits, unlock paid features, or manage a subscription / invoice.

Shown when you start a paid flow (for example Razorpay checkout for chat unlock / recharge, Google Play subscription verification, or invoice history).

1. Personal data collected

• Razorpay order and payment references (such as order ID, payment ID, and signature used for verification)
• Credits purchased or unlocked, and related product / purpose markers (for example chat unlock or recharge)
• Invoice details needed for GST billing (amounts, tax, invoice metadata; customer name where provided for invoicing)
• For Play subscriptions: purchase token, product ID, and verification status tied to your user account
• Your Inly user identifier (user hash) linking the payment to your account

2. Purpose of collection

• Process and verify payments for chat credits, unlocks, or subscriptions
• Issue and store GST invoices / payment receipts
• Maintain purchase history and prevent payment fraud
• Fulfil paid features you bought

3. Required or optional

Optional. Payment data is collected only if you choose a paid feature. Card, UPI, and other instrument details are entered on the payment provider’s (for example Razorpay or Google Play) interface and are processed under that provider’s terms; Inly receives payment references and fulfilment data, not your full card number.

5. Withdrawing consent

• Paid processing is based on taking the paid action; you can choose not to purchase.
• For invoice or billing questions, use In-app Invoice & Payment History where available, or email apps@appkhichadi.com.
• Account deletion requests can be sent to apps@appkhichadi.com; retention of tax / invoice records may continue as required by law.
