Inly is a financial expense tracking and transaction intelligence application designed to help users automatically organize, analyze, and understand their financial activity through intelligent processing of transactional data, including SMS-based financial alerts and notifications.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide (such as mobile number and profile details), SMS data related to financial alerts with your permission, and device/technical information needed for diagnostics and security.
3. How SMS Data Is Processed
Selected SMS content may be securely transmitted to Inly servers for processing such as transaction extraction, merchant identification, expense categorization, subscription detection, and financial insight generation.
4. Derived Insights & Automated Analysis
Insights shown in the app may be generated algorithmically from processed SMS content and transaction metadata. Inly does not provide financial, investment, tax, lending, insurance, or legal advice.
5. Purpose of Data Collection
We collect and process information for expense tracking, financial insights, budgeting features, authentication, fraud prevention, customer support, analytics, product improvement, and legal compliance.
6. Data Security, Transmission & Storage
Inly implements commercially reasonable safeguards including encrypted data transmission, secure APIs, access controls, and monitoring. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
7. Third-Party Services & Infrastructure
Inly may use trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, analytics, monitoring, and support. We do not sell personal data or SMS content to third parties.
8–14. Retention, Controls, Deletion, Children, Compliance & Contact
